As the Quality Manager, you'll lead all aspects of quality assurance and quality control. From managing internal audits to mentoring inspection teams, your work will directly impact the reliability of our products and the strength of our customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Management Representative for ISO / AS certifications, ensuring compliance and driving system improvements.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the activities of quality engineers and inspection staff across both facilities.
• Develop and implement quality policies, work instructions (WIs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train employees on the Quality Management System, inspection tools, procedures, and standards.
• Plan and maintain effective work schedules, monitor performance, and foster continuous improvement.
• Track and analyze key metrics including PPM, COPQ, and quality KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and resolve customer quality complaints, coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Act as liaison with suppliers and foundries, issuing Corrective Action Requests (CARs) as needed.
• Oversee Material Review Board (MRB) activities and manage disposition of non-conforming parts.
• Facilitate and ensure timely submission of PPAPs, First Article Reports, and ISIRs.
• Conduct and oversee internal audits, gage R&R studies, and gage calibration processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
