Job Summary :

The Service BDC Agent will act as the first point of contact for service inquiries, appointments, and customer follow-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and contributing to the success of our service department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to inbound service calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar for the service department.
• Follow-up with customers regarding service appointments, confirmations, and reminders.
• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate service personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Provide customers with information related to service specials, promotions, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist in generating reports on service department performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about the latest products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.
