You choose your hours meeting the needs of patient care while working around school pick-ups, appointments, or other commitments you might have.

Scheduling available :

Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM

Weekends & Holidays (On Call Only) :

One Weekend per month (or less)

1 summer holiday

1 winter holiday per year

Caregivers working 16hrs or more per week are eligible for Full Benefits, 401K and  PTO accrual

Currently $0.70 / mile  (subject to federal rate changes).

ASN to BSN assistance (up to $16,000).

BSN to MSN assistance (up to $16,000).

Deliver skilled nursing care as directed by a physician in a home setting.

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

Monitor patient progress, document services provided, and adapt care as needed.

Educate patients and families on condition management, medications, and recovery.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

1 year of experience in home health, acute care, or a related field
