Currently, we are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant with strong math skills and a focus on data entry to join our team.

Position Overview : As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth daily operations by supporting various administrative tasks with a keen eye for accuracy and proficiency in mathematical calculations. This role will primarily involve data entry, analysis, and administrative support to ensure our business functions seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform accurate data entry of various types of information into company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Utilize strong math skills to verify numerical data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in compiling and organizing data for reports, presentations, and analysis.
  • Conduct basic analysis of numerical data to identify trends, discrepancies, or anomalies.
  • Support administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate data management.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely and professional responses as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Exceptional mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations swiftly and accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Good attendance.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associates degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a data-driven or analytical role.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles or financial reporting.
  • Previous experience with Quick Books Online.
  • Eager to learn different areas of our business.
  • Intermediate or basic knowledge of AI.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing / construction / shipping A PLUS
