Job Summary :
The Labor Partner Development Coordinator position will focus on timely and efficient onboarding and off-boarding in response to business needs or performance conditions, tracking of Labor Partner AP status, communications and special program support. This position will also provide research support for Labor Partner issues and market research to understand our competitive position as a partner in the market.
Essential Job Functions :
- Track and maintain performance metrics for Labor Partners to support awards and tier status for each partner. Assist in implementation of tier reward actions.
- Support tracking and reporting on measures to drive results or replacement actions for underperforming Labor Partners.
- Ongoing research for future potential Labor Partners based on geography, EMC business requirements, existing partnerships, etc.
- Ongoing research to assess market conditions relative to Labor Partner Network needs.
- Research Labor Partner, site, and install issues to support issue resolution and process improvement activities.
- Initiate and complete onboarding activities for new Labor Partners including call activity to support processes.
- Assist in process analysis and improvement to drive greater efficiency and value through Labor Partner supply chain (internal and external).
- Assist in preparation of quarterly reviews with Labor Partners to discuss performance improvements, successes, labor forecast and other necessary business updates.
- Maintain awareness of and engagement in Labor Partner compliance tracking (e.g., COI, licensing).
- Coordinate and assist in facilitation of all activities associated with the yearly EMC hosted Labor Partner Summit.
- Assist in preparation of annual reviews with Labor Partners to discuss performance.
- Assist in development of all outbound communication to Labor Partners for marketing and general communication needs.
- Assist in development of new programs targeted at Labor Partner Network development and increased revenue streams for EMC.
- Support internal communication related to existing and newly onboarded Labor Partners.
- Other duties as assigned.

Bachelors degree in Business or related fieldExperience Required :
