Salary : $19.50

Production Line Associate - Looking for a hands-on role in a friendly, fast-paced environment ? A well-known local company in Cannon Falls is hiring a Bottling Operator to help keep production flowing smoothly . In this role, you'll be part of a supportive team making sure products are packaged with care and quality . You'll work with equipment , keep an eye on the details , and help make sure everything stays on track throughout the shift .

If you enjoy staying active , working with others , and being part of something delicious , this could be the perfect fit. Great communication , a strong work ethic , and a focus on safety will help you shine in this role.

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday 3 : 00pm - 1 : 00am
  • Overtime as needed

Pay

  • $19.50 / hr.
  • Weekly paychecks every Friday

    • Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor bottling machinery to ensure efficient production flow
  • Inspect bottles for defects and verify fill levels and seals meet quality standards
  • Apply accurate labels and packaging materials according to product specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas to meet food safety regulations
  • Record production data including batch numbers, quantities, and inspection results
  • Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and resolve challenges
  • Assist with loading / unloading materials and organizing finished goods for shipment
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements

    • Skills and Qualifications

  • Attention to detail for inspecting bottles, labels, and seals
  • Mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot bottling equipment
  • Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
  • Teamwork and communication to collaborate effectively with coworkers
  • Time management to meet production goals and minimize downtime
  • Basic math and recordkeeping for tracking quantities and batch data
  • Safety awareness to follow food safety and workplace safety protocols
