• 📄 Read and follow route sheets and blueprints
• 🧴 Apply adhesives and sealants with precision
• ⚙️ Operate conveyor machines to load panels
• 🔍 Inspect work to meet IPC quality standards
• 💻 Use Paradigm system to manage work orders
• 🔄 Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• 🔧 Cross-train in other production areas
• 🧼 Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• ✅ Work toward becoming a certified operator
