They provide turn-key buildouts for the installation of medical imaging equipment , managing every phase from architectural and engineering design to preconstruction management and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and distribute plan sets, track revisions, and maintain organized records.
• Assist with subcontractor management, including scheduling, contracts, insurance, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, RFIs, change orders, and inspection documentation.
• Maintain project logs and punch lists, ensuring as-builts are accurate and up to date.
• Support creation of O&M manuals and other close-out documentation.
• Manage and maintain all project documentation, contracts, and submittals in a well-organized system.
