Our client, a dynamic organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Building Maintenance Helper to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting various operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Building Maintenance Laborer

Location : Terre Haute, IN

Pay Range : $15 per hour

What's the Job?

• Grounds keeping and landscaping to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
• Building maintenance tasks including minor repairs and upkeep of facilities.
• Painting and touch-up work to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
• Trash removal and cleaning to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Moving furniture and assisting with setup for events or office needs.
