Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the vehicle lineup, features, and the latest technologies. Conducting professional and informative vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Negotiating and closing deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Following up with customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat and referral business. Utilizing a CRM system to track customer interactions and sales leads. Collaborating with other sales team members and departments to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless customer experience. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish lasting relationships with customers. Passion for automobiles and in-depth knowledge of different vehicle models and their features. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
