Remote Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts

Secure payments on accounts that are past due

Maintain confidentiality while exchanging accurate information over the phone

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

5 years previous call center experience

FDCPA knowledge preferred

Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
