Pay Rate : $1394.34 - $1527.84

This travel occupational therapy position is located in Viera, FL, a beautiful region on Florida's renowned Space Coast. This area is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise, offering endless opportunities for golf, fishing, and beach activities. Viera, being close to the Indian River Lagoon, also provides a serene environment for relaxation and exploration. The role involves working Monday to Friday with a focus on PreK-12th grade students. The anticipated caseload consists of 40-50 students and may cover up to four school locations, with mileage not included. This is a remarkable opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives while enjoying the vibrant and supportive Brevard School District culture.

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, School

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Florida

Preferred Qualifications

Initial certification through NBCOT

Clear, articulate communication skills

Ability to explain results to a varied audience

Candidates with previous school experience a plus!

Completion of a criminal record and background check
