Moran Transportation Corporation provides regional, less than truckload (LTL) services throughout the states of Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Missouri markets. Salary 90K - 110K Depending on Experience

Job Functions :

• Manage, direct and maintain all functions within a terminal. Primary areas of accountability include : productivity, service, safety, CSA performance, driver / dock hiring , driver retention, service level agreements, loading / unloading, transport planning, human resources
• Implement and track service goals through reviews of operating expenses
• Support customer relationships when required
• Ensure that safety, service, and quality measures are implemented and monitored
• Ensure that a safe working environment is provided for all employees
• Implement understanding and compliance with all Company policies, procedures and federal and state Department of Transportation rules and regulations
• Create an atmosphere of leadership and teamwork that values the contributions of all employees in support of a sustainable, safe performance culture
• Lead and develop internal staff and educate where applicable
• Leads the terminal by example with a "can do" attitude through people management excellence
• Closely works with operations on a daily basis
• Perform other duties as required by management
