Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Construction Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or estimating, preferably within the landscaping or civil industry. This role involves estimating medium to large residential and commercial projects, managing client relationships, and promoting our services to commercial clients year-round.
Our sales performers have historically generated additional income through commissions, with amounts varying from $30,000 to $90,000 on top of the base pay of $80,000.00. Commissions depend on skill and sales expertise level.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales or estimating
- 5+ years in sales or construction management or equivalent experience
- Proficient with PCs and software; CRM experience preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping and construction materials is a plus
