A company is looking for a Director of Account-Based Marketing & Retention.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute targeted marketing strategies for employer-sponsored insurance programs
Develop and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns to drive engagement and retention
Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data insights
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in account-based marketing leadership
Strong background in health insurance, benefits, healthcare, or SaaS / TPA environments preferred
Experience managing white-label or co-branded marketing programs
Proficiency with ABM platforms and CRM / marketing automation tools
