Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (4-day workweek option available)

Setting : Outpatient only

Overview :

UVA Health is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in Adult Endocrinology to join our team at UVA Specialty and Same Day Care Culpeper . As a part of the renowned UVA Health System, you ll be working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence, professional development, and compassionate care.

Position Highlights :

Outpatient-only role with a flexible 4-day workweek

Responsibilities :

Provide advanced practice services including patient assessments, diagnosis, and management of adult endocrine disorders

Deliver care across multiple settings as needed, including clinic and community outreach environments, in accordance with licensure and scope of practice

Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality care

Required Qualifications :

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia

2 3 years of experience managing adult endocrinology patients as an Advanced Practice Provider

Strong clinical knowledge and comfort with a range of endocrine conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis

Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
