job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupervise and lead FOH team members, providing training, support, and ongoing feedback. Create and manage weekly staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage. Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-based mindset. Oversee opening and closing procedures. Manage FOH inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies to maintain stock levels. Collaborate with BOH and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support and contribute to our mission by mentoring individuals in our training program. Weekend availability is required. The position is Thursday-Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. The caf is open from 7am-3pm daily. Prior experience in a FOH supervisory or management role (fast-casual or caf experience preferred). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in managing schedules and supply orders. The Pioneer Bakery Caf is a unique collaboration between McArthurs Bakery Caf and Lafayette Industries. We are more than just a fast-casual eatery were a dynamic training program that helps adults with intellectual disabilities build essential FOH (front-of-house) and BOH (back-of-house) skills. As we continue to grow, were looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to lead our team and help support our mission.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated FOH Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage staff, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This is a full-time position requiring 4050 hours per week , including weekends . The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and ready to lead by example.
