Responsibilities include :
- Manager on duty when General Manager is not present.
- Oversees general operations, employee responsibilities, and customer interactions.
- Handles daily finances.
Overall operation of a high volume bar and restaurant such as :
Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policies.Training staff to follow restaurant procedures including proper and legal alcoholic beverage service.Maintaining safety and food quality standards.Ability to do extensive inventory of liquor, wine and beer.Organizing and supervising shifts.Keeping track of employee's hours.Leading by example and uplifting our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.Job Type : Full-time
