Key Responsibilities :
Lead marketing strategy and go-to-market initiatives for card and monetization products
Manage the full marketing lifecycle, executing multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement
Own marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy and / or Product Marketing, preferably in B2C
Proven track record in leading product launches within financial services or fintech
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements
Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach and ability to work independently
