HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to extend system life and reduce breakdowns.
• Calibrate thermostats, replace filters, and test system functionality.
• Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA standards and company procedures.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer recommendations.
• Educate customers on system care, energy efficiency, and available service plans.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal HVAC codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
