Audience Development Manager, Newsletters & Community - WIRED
WIRED is seeking a creative and diligent Audience Development Manager to help grow and engage our community of loyal readers and subscribers. This role will focus primarily on building out WIRED's subscriber-only community programming, especially producing our portfolio of live virtual events, while also supporting newsletter production and other audience growth initiatives.
The right candidate will be deeply collaborative and comfortable working across editorial, product, marketing, and operations. You'll bring WIRED's journalism to life for its most engaged audiences, designing meaningful touchpoints that strengthen loyalty and drive subscriber retention, while also contributing to broader audience development goals across newsletters, platforms, and partnerships.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $87,000-$93,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
