Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Outbound SDRs to exceed goals and quotas
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train the team while fostering a strong team culture
Compile team metric reports and collaborate with Sales teams to maximize opportunities

Proven track record managing successful Sales Development or Inside Sales teams
Experience in developing and running sales campaigns
Ability to analyze data and performance metrics effectively
