Becklar Video Monitoring monitors state-of-the-art video alarms to keep property and people safe. Our Customer Service Video Alarm Operators are the first line of defense to process video alarms in an accurate and timely manner with detailed information through our ticketing system. Responsibilities

• Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally.
• Provide a high level of detail through the ticketing process.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.
