Job Summary

The Office of the Provost is seeking a bright, energetic student to support the administrative team. As a student representative of the Office of the Provost, the student in this position will be the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and must positively portray a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate resource for resolution.
• Assist with greeting internal and external visitors in the Provost's Office suite.
• Light administrative support such as making copies, organizing various confidential documents, and data entry.
• Provide special project clerical support.
• Assist internal employees with various clerical duties.
