Immediate Opening : Float Phlebotomist Contract to Hire (Greenwood, IN)

Position Summary : We're hiring a Phlebotomist to provide top-tier specimen collection services while delivering compassionate, customer-focused care. This role involves traveling to various medical offices and occasional coverage at a walk-in Patient Service Center (PSC). You'll perform blood draws, process specimens, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and process lab requisitions
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages
• Accurately print and label samples
• Prepare specimens for courier pickup
• Collect and process non-blood samples
• Ensure proper labeling and test ordering
• Uphold safety, compliance, and quality control protocols
• Deliver outstanding patient care and service

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
