Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading large creative teams (20+ designers)

Strong track record of aligning creative work with business goals

Expertise in brand systems and cross-channel creative execution

Experience managing creative operations and design systems at scale

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
