About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations and help guide key business decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the analytical side of finance and the leadership side of helping a company grow. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning — and play a key role in shaping the company’s future.

What You’ll Do

Plan & Analyze : Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decisions.

Report with Clarity : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights leadership can act on.

Ensure Accuracy : Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll.

Stay Compliant : Ensure financial processes align with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Manage Risk & Cash Flow : Monitor liquidity, working capital, and cost structures to maintain financial health.

Collaborate & Lead : Partner with department leaders on profitability goals and pricing strategies.

Mentor & Support : Lead and develop team members to strengthen financial awareness company-wide.

HR Support : Oversee finance-related HR functions including PTO tracking, benefit cost analysis, and onboarding processes.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA / CFA is a plus).

5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Deep understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and controls.

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
