This program specializes in Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, and Supervised Exercise Therapy for PAD patients. Open 6 : 30am-3pm Monday - Friday. Registered Nurses perform intake / discharge assessments, 6-minute walk testing, bike exercise testing, and phase II exercise classes. This role offers the opportunity to work in a unit focused on high patient care through teamwork, autonomy and continuous process improvement.\nHow you'll contribute\nA

• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\n
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\n
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\n
