About the Role
Lead day‑to‑day IT operations for our U.S. sites—ensuring secure, reliable systems, excellent end‑user support, and smooth delivery of infrastructure projects.
What you’ll do
- Supervise service desk / field support; set priorities, SLAs, and escalations
- Own preventive / corrective maintenance, patching, and endpoint compliance
- Administer AD / Entra ID, M365, Windows Server, virtualization, storage & backups
- Oversee LAN / WAN / Wi‑Fi / VPN / SD‑WAN and firewall policies; ensure uptime at stores / warehouses
- Implement security controls (EDR / AV, least‑privilege, email security) and DR / BCP
- Manage asset inventory / licensing, vendors, quotes, renewals, and warranties
- Maintain SOPs / runbooks / KBs; report KPIs (SLA, MTTR, patch compliance, availability)
What you’ll bring
5+ years in IT operations (2+ in a lead / supervisor role)Strong with AD / Entra ID, M365, Intune / SCCM, Windows Server, patchingBasic Server and Database SkillsSolid networking (routing / switching / VLANs), VPNs, Wi‑Fi, firewallsVirtualization (VMware / Hyper‑V), storage, backups / DR (e.g., Veeam)Clear communication, stakeholder management, and documentationCustomer Service OrientationStrong Communication SkillsProblem-Solving SkillsAvailability and FlexibilityStress ManagementUnderstanding of Business ProcessesHardware TroubleshootingOperating System (OS) ProficiencyNice to have
