We are currently seeking 1 : 1 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide individualized support for people in their own homes, in family homes, or within their communities.

Responsibilities :

As a 1-1 Direct Support Professional , you will assist with :

  • Community Connections & Social Relationships : Assist in building and maintaining social relationships, encouraging community engagement, and promoting inclusion.
  • Shopping : Provide support with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
  • Paperwork : Assist with personal paperwork such as addressing mail, paying bills, and staying organized with necessary documentation.
  • Light Housework : Help with household tasks, including budgeting, meal preparation, and general home organization.
  • Appointments : Provide transportation and / or accompany the individual to appointments, offering support as needed.
  • Problem Solving, Support & Advocacy : Offer guidance and assistance in decision-making and problem-solving while advocating for the individual’s needs and preferences.

    • Locations : Big Lake, Brooklyn Park, Chanhassen, Coon Rapids, Golden Valley, Loretto, Minneapolis, Monticello, Plymouth, Woodbury, Zimmerman

    Shifts : Flexible

    Wage : $17.00 / hour

    What You Need :

  • A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
  • At least 18 years of age .
  • A valid US driver’s license and Clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Reliable Transportation with Insurance Coverage
  • Ability to pass a background check through DHS .
