Join First Onsite as a Manager, Sales, and take the reins in leading and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results. In this role, you'll spearhead efforts to prospect, close new business, and expand wallet share with existing customers. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and executing a high-impact sales plan designed to exceed your goals.

You'll work closely with both National and Regional Sales teams to foster a cohesive environment and leverage Salesforce as the primary tool for tracking success. Building a diverse network of industry influencers, community partners, and prospective clients will be a key part of your strategy. You'll also play a crucial role in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent, while ensuring customer commitments are met through active partnership with operations. Additionally, you'll support the RFP team to drive successful outcomes and invest in your professional development.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver an exceptional, client-first customer experience
• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to drive sales growth
• Develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue goals
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure seamless project delivery
• Recruit, train, and develop top-performing team members
• Leverage Salesforce to manage pipelines and track performance
• Support RFP efforts to secure new business opportunities
• Travel 20-50%, including occasional extended stays at disaster sites
• Valid driver's license required

Experience & Education :

The salary for this role is between $140,000 and $160,000 . Specific compensation will be based on the skills, experience, seniority, merit, location, education, training, and need for travel of the selected candidate.
