Senior Scientist, Safety Data

A company is looking for a Senior Scientist, Safety Data.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct standard surveillance activities for assigned products by reviewing safety data from various sources

Collaborate with safety and clinical teams to develop strategies for signal assessments and regulatory requests

Prepare and maintain safety sections of clinical documents and support the development of global aggregate safety reports

Required Qualifications

Degree in Health Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Epidemiology, Nursing) with 2 years of clinical / pharma or safety experience

Masters or doctorate with 1-2 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory requirements

Familiarity with tools and standards for evaluating drug safety is desirable

Ability to work independently with guidance from a manager
