Job Description

Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction to completion. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations at all project sites. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain timelines and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure satisfaction. Oversee procurement of materials and ensure quality standards are met. Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during the construction process.
