Greet and seat patients promptly, ensuring they are never left unattended. Anticipate and assist the orthodontist during procedures. Accurately chart patient procedures, including charges, codes, and scheduling for follow-up visits. Dismiss patients while explaining procedures and progress to parents. Maintain strict confidentiality according to HIPAA and other relevant guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the operations of the clinic Master and perform all tasks outlined in the training checklist. Use downtime effectively and proactively. Provide support to clinic operations and assist the clinical team during unexpected appointment delays. Support Treatment Coordinator (TC) as needed. High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Familiarity with medical or dental terminology is a plus Proficiency in basic computer skills and writing Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail Consistently showcases versatility in thriving independently and contributing constructively to team dynamic Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the clinic Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and patient needs Ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families Strong hand-eye coordination Full range of motion Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
