We're hiring full-time Orthodontic Assistants for our fast-paced, patient-focused practice. No experience? No problem - we provide paid, on-the-job training to set you up for success. Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel to our Milwaukee, Franklin, Wauwatosa, and Muskego offices as needed.

Prepare and sanitize treatment units before each patient.Greet and seat patients promptly, ensuring they are never left unattended.Anticipate and assist the orthodontist during procedures.Accurately chart patient procedures, including charges, codes, and scheduling for follow-up visits.Dismiss patients while explaining procedures and progress to parents.Maintain strict confidentiality according to HIPAA and other relevant guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the operations of the clinicClinical Procedures
Master and perform all tasks outlined in the training checklist.Use downtime effectively and proactively.Provide support to clinic operations and assist the clinical team during unexpected appointment delays.Support Treatment Coordinator (TC) as needed.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentReliable transportationFamiliarity with medical or dental terminology is a plusProficiency in basic computer skills and writingEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detailConsistently showcases versatility in thriving independently and contributing constructively to team dynamicWillingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the clinicMaintain a professional appearance and behavior at all timesFlexibility to adapt to changing situations and patient needsAbility to provide exceptional customer service to patients and their familiesStrong hand-eye coordinationFull range of motionAble to stand and walk for extended periods of timeMaintaining a positive and proactive attitudeTo avoid potential conflicts of interest and maintain professional boundaries, we are unable to consider current patients of our practice for employment opportunities.
Salary Description
$17.50 - $27.00 / per hour
