A company is looking for a Director of Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data architecture, analytics roadmap, and governance standards

Create executive dashboards and performance packages to track key metrics and drive actionable insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, labor, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

8+ years in analytics, FP&A, data science, or strategy roles in multi-unit retail or subscription businesses

Advanced proficiency in SQL and a BI platform (Tableau or Power BI); familiarity with Python or R

Experience in building KPI dashboards and translating analysis into measurable outcomes

Expertise in financial modeling and understanding of accounting / GL structures

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across functions
