\nTexas licensed Physical Therapist needed for LTAC facility in Snyder. 40 hours / week schedule. No Call, no weekends. The physical therapist will accurately assess, differentially diagnosis, and identify deficits in a patient’s ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. They develop an individualized treatment plan with patient-centered goals to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability and work with the individual to prevent the loss of mobility. Two years experience, Texas license and BLS required. \n

Physical Therapist, Long Term Acute Care

Experience : 2 years
