Job Description

• Management of site budget including P&L
• Interfacing with client base to understand custom automation system needs
• Implement and track KPIs (safety, quality, OTD, efficiency)
• Manage project timelines and handle engineering change orders as needed
• Review and approve engineering designs for custom equipment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, quality, and engineering team
• Drive Lean manufacturing / Continuous Improvement initiatives
