A reputable independent service provider is looking for a talented Imaging Service Engineer with proven expertise across CT, MRI, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound systems. This is a hands-on role for a professional experienced in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced diagnostic imaging equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Execute installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CT, MRI, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound systems.
- Act as the primary onsite engineer responding to service requests related to contracts, warranties, and billable repairs.
- Collaborate remotely with regional service managers and technical teams to provide expert consultation and support.
- Accurately document all service activities, including parts orders, expenses, and time logs, ensuring thorough and timely reporting.
- Oversee spare parts inventory management, including efficient ordering and processing of repairable components.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and facility-specific policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Hands-on experience with CT, MRI, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound imaging systems (preferred).Multi-modality engineers with experience in any imaging modality are encouraged to apply.Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field, military training, or equivalent work experience (1+ years of relevant experience required without a degree).Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).Ability to comply with customer-specific security and health requirements.Physical Demands
