Job Description

Your Responsibilities

The intern in the Marketing Analytics department will support key initiatives across marketing campaigns, customer insights and promotional performance. This internship will offer hands-on experience analyzing marketing data, building dashboards and generating actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

This internship will provide the opportunity to work cross functionally with other business partners such as our Marketing, Merchandising, and E-commerce departments to help understand and grow their business.

• Turn KPI reports into actionable dashboards that will be used to measure campaign success, identify issues, trends and opportunities for changes in promotional strategy
• Assist in collecting, cleaning and analyzing marketing data
• Join customer and transactional data to uncover customer insights and help drive contact strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization
• Analyze adhoc Ace Rewards and marketing questions for internal partners and utilize SQL and Alteryx
• Present findings and recommendations to marketing and analytics stakeholders

Location Description

Ace Hardware corporate headquarters is about 20 miles west of Chicago and you'll get the very best of city and suburban life prestigious shopping, dining, recreation, performing arts and historical neighborhoods. Our brand new corporate facility opened in September 2023 and has state of the amenities such as a work-out facility, underground parking and upscale cafeteria. We work in the office the majority of the week and enjoy everything our new facility has to offer together as a team.
