Job Title : Assembler
Job Description
Join a world-class leader in designing, building, and manufacturing aerospace structures, systems, and components for commercial, business, regional, and military aerospace customers. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for pre-assembly tasks such as drilling and deburring parts, assembling component parts by attaching them together, and installing ground studs and nut plates. You will utilize hand and pneumatic tools, measuring tools like micrometers and calipers, as well as perform riveting and countersinking while working from aerospace blueprints and schematics. Training will be provided for these skills, but a mechanical experience , strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn are highly valued.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean manufacturing shop that works with steel and sheet metal to manufacture parts for Boeing. It can be heavy and loud, but is well-organized. The regular shift is from 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of starting at 7 : 00 AM during the initial training period. Compensation starts at $21 per hour, with the potential for a raise upon direct hire.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 / hr.
