SUMMARY :

Our client is a Florida personal injury law firm specializing in complex catastrophic injury and death cases. They litigate cases across the entire State of Florida, including Miami, Key West, and Central Florida.

They are seeking a PI Personal Injury Attorney

RESPONSIBILTIES :

• Handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Managing complex litigation and collaborating with co-counsel to maximize results for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong Legal Advice and Negotiation skills

Proficient in Research and drafting legal documents

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle complex litigation cases

Admission to the Florida Bar

Experience in personal injury preferred
