Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including invoice tracking, reconciliation, and vendor communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure proper approval of non-trip related invoices before processing.
• Process invoices promptly and ensure timely payments to vendors in accordance with agreed terms.
• Respond to vendor inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform regular statement reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices.
• Exercise sound judgment within established policies and procedures to meet departmental goals.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
