A Day in the Life of a Mess Attendant / Food Service Worker at CW Resources :

• Start the day by cleaning dishes using large commercial dishwashing machines. Heavily soiled pots and pans are scrubbed by hand to get them spotless.

Sort dirty dishes from different service areas, give them a quick rinse, and load them properly into the machine, following all health and safety rules.
