Responsibilities :
Provide operational
coverage across multiple production lines by collaborating with
machine operators and leads while following all equipment manuals
and Aspire SOPs

Maintain adherence to
GMPs, health and safety rules, and food safety practices during
relief assignments

Utilize Aspire AOE
training with Centerline and CIL daily management
systems

sans-serif;font-size : 12.0pt">
Participate in root cause analysis,
and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining standard
work procedures

Performs area walk daily to detect issues
& defects to help reduce and maintain waste
levels

Additional tasks may be assigned as
needed

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED is
required

At least 6 months as an Ingredient
operator or related experience

Prior experience in a fast-paced
production or packing environment is
preferred.

Ability to understand and operate mixing
process controls and makes adjustments when
necessary.

knowledge of dough mixing and operating mixing
equipment

possess basic effective verbal and written skills in
