Background check. 40 hours of non-paid time off starts at time of hire and requires supervisor approval to use. PTO accrual starts at time of hire; 1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked. PTO can be used for any reason after 90 days of employment. Vacation accrual starts once eligibility time has been met and employees can earn up to 80 hours per year; requires supervisor approval to use. Increase in vacation time earned is based on years of service schedule. 10 paid holidays once eligibility time has been met. Profit Sharing for employees 21 years and older, have met minimum required worked hours as of January 1st or July 1st based on date of hire. This is automatically contributed to annually. Summary :
Responsible for quality control and packing of injection molding parts. Will operator anywhere from 1 to 12 machines at any given time.
Primary Responsibilities :
Production Duties :
- Check quality before packing parts.
- Pack parts according to work instructions for that machine.
- Complete quality paperwork.
- Meet required efficiencies.
- Perform continuous quality inspections.
- Teamwork is essential.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands :
Employee must be able to lift, carry push and pull up to 60 pounds. Employee must have the ability to complete the following repetitive tasks. Percent involved in each applicable activity is noted.
