- Sanitize and clean patient’s room by rotating sheets, bedpans, and performing general room cleaning
- Give patient support with basic care daily living activities bathing, getting dressed, going to the restroom, eating regular meals, and taking proper medication dosages
- Assist patients with regular exercise as needed to maintain physical health and mobility level
- Communicate information with patient care providers and other nursing staff members to facilitate patient care
- Meet patients upon arrival and precisely catalogue measurements of the patient's vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen level Qualifications :
- Be able to use computer database and software programs to accurately record patient history
- Prior experience helping bedridden patients and patients who suffer from age-related illness including Alzheimer's and Dementia would be preferred
- Completed the state-approved CNA training program and received CNA certification from a medical facility, vocational school, or community college
- Job seekers must possess a high school diploma or equivalent such as GED
- Needs strong physical stamina to reposition and lift patients from beds to examination tables or wheelchairs and move medical equipment Compensation : 39,500
