General Summary

Manages the Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Senior TAP team. Guides strategic recruitment initiatives to align with organizational goals, enhance candidate experience, and elevate team performance. Utilizes recruitment technologies and SaaS platforms to drive innovation and guide a high-performing team. Oversees requisitions, sets standards for candidate experience, drives Talent Acquisition strategy, ensures compliance, leads workforce planning, and manages team performance. Collaborates with Employer Brand, Talent Intelligence, and TA Technology teams on trends, and owns EVP execution and employer branding plans.

Principal Responsibilities and Tasks

Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned departments, ensuring quality hires, timely delivery, and excellent candidate experience.

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies, workforce plans, and hiring goals aligned with organizational needs.

Set KPIs and performance expectations for the recruitment team; use data and market insights to coach recruiters and improve outcomes.

Ensure effective resource allocation and budget management for talent acquisition efforts.

Leverage data and analytics from ATS, CRM, and other platforms to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize operations.

Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, HR partners, and Compensation to ensure equitable, competitive offers and smooth hiring processes.

Support internal career pathway development by identifying critical skills and future talent needs.

Mentor and coach the talent acquisition team, providing feedback, training, and career growth opportunities.

Champion employment branding and candidate pipeline development through partnerships, community engagement, and strategic sourcing.

Foster collaborative relationships across the organization and with external partners for a unified recruitment experience.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations; provide interpretation and training as needed.

Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting tools, processes, and technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Support employee retention and development through strategic hiring practices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience Required

Bachelors degree in a related field, or a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or staffing.

Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible talent acquisition experience.

Experience evaluating and implementing tools, processes, technology, and infrastructure to attract, retain, and develop talent.

Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder requests with urgency and accountability.

Experience in recruitment management operations and HR technologies, including full-cycle recruiting, CRM, ATS, social media sourcing, networking, attending events, and hiring across multiple roles and levels.

Education & Experience Preferred

Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with standards, laws, and best practices.

Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven experience in end-to-end talent solutions and leading organizational change initiatives.

Ability to think strategically, translate ideas into action, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Leads collaborative teams across functions, establishes priorities, develops policies, and allocates resources.

Actively grows the Talent Acquisition team through coaching and mentoring.

Collaborates with other HR functional areas to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
