Location : Falls Church, VA U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Work Schedule : Full-time (remote work may be available with Government approval) Clearance : Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance Travel : May be required in support of exercises and related activities

Position Overview

The Training & Exercise Specialist will support the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery by planning, coordinating, and evaluating emergency management training and exercises. The specialist will develop training materials, after-action reports (AARs), and exercise planning packages to federal standards. This role requires expertise in exercise design and evaluation, interagency coordination, and emergency management planning, with a focus on supporting Federal Coordinating Center (FCC) activities and readiness.
