Job Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk with at least 1 year of AP experience to join our team in Century City . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments

Review and reconcile vendor statements

Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies

Maintain AP files and documentation for audits and month-end close

Support other accounting functions as needed

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable or general accounting experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details : $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
